Because our wedding weekend is one of the busiest of the year in Austin,
hotel rooms will be in high demand and availability across the city will be limited.
If you know you’ll be able to attend, we urge you to book your stay as soon as possible.

Arriving in Austin
The easiest airport to Fly into is Austin–Bergstrom International Airport (AUS). From AUS, it’s approximately a 10 minute Uber to East Austin Hotel.
IF Flights into Austin don’t work with your schedule, you may also consider Flying into San Antonio International Airport (SAT). the drive From San Antonio to East Austin Hotel is approximately 1.5–2 hours.
Getting Around
Rideshare services are readily available and provide a convenient way to travel throughout the city upon arrival and during your stay. If you'd prefer the flexibility of driving, all major rental car companies are available at AUS.
Pedicabs are a fun Austin tradition and an easy way to get around downtown. Hop in, enjoy the ride, and soak up the city!

One thing we highly recommend? Come hungry. Austin has no shortage of incredible food, and these are a few of our favorite spots around the city. Whether you're grabbing breakfast, fueling up before the festivities, or squeezing in one more meal before heading home, you really can't go wrong with any of these.

Transportation will not be provided for Friday's festivities.
However, complimentary pedicab transportation will be available from ARRIVE Austin, Frances Modern Inn, and East Austin Hotel to the venue between 4:20 PM and 4:45 PM. Return pedicabs will also be available following the celebration.
